At least 46 people have died and many more are missing following severe floods in west Germany. The states of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia have been hit the hardest with buildings and cars washed away. At least six others have died in neighboring Belgium as record rainfall in parts of western Europe have caused major rivers to overflow. #CGTNAmerica god please 🙏 help
